中国网讯 新增签意向金额131.18亿元，环比上升15.53%；新增签实质合同金额120.13亿元，环比上升135.09%；新增投资17.85亿元，环比上升50.02%……这组“亮眼”数据，是海口今年2月份的招商成绩。今年以来，海口围绕旅游业、现代服务业、高新技术产业三大主导产业，多部门通力合作，“点对点”发力精准招商，新的一年招商工作实现“开门红”。

There were 65new project in Haikouincluding signed committed agreement ones,signed actualcontractual ones, commencedones as well ascompleted and tax-generating ones inFebruary only.10projects (including 4 foreigninvestment projects)were settled within the single day of February27,when the 2021 Signing Ceremony of Key Projects (First Batch) in Hainan Free Trade Port was held,theinvestment volume totaled7.707billion yuan (USD 1.18billion).

今年2月份，海口新增签署意向协议项目、签署实质合同项目、开工/开业项目、竣工投产/产生纳税项目等各类项目共65个。仅2月27日，海南自由贸易港2021年（第一批）重点项目集中签约活动上，就有10个项目落户海口，总投资额77.07亿元，其中外资项目4个。

Up untill thisFebruary，among all the investing subjects in Haikou,the propotion taken by the  Fortune Global500and Fortune China500 enterprises reaches up to 20.25%,the number ofheadquartered enterprises across the whole city is nearly 30.

用活用足自贸港建设优惠政策，通过“点对点”精准招商，海口成功为旅游发展注入新动力。目前，海口已成功引进泰国奇积旅游贸易有限公司，并设立第一家外商投资旅行社；与深圳市天荣体育管理有限公司签约U.I.M.F1摩托艇世界锦标赛（F1H2O大赛）和F1H2O文旅产业链项目；秀英区、琼山区、龙华区分别与西安曲江旅游投资集团、美国先锋娱乐体育管理集团、西藏天九共享通用航空服务有限公司签订战略合作协议。
